He leads me besides the

 still waters…Psalm 23

It is often the lifelong desire of many to be laid to rest in the beautiful inland waters of Puget Sound. What better resting place than these still waters, a magnificent backdrop of mountain ranges and lush forests to serve as their final resting place.

The Captain and Crew of the Gallant Lady now make this possible, to honor your loved one's wishes, to scatter their cremated remains at sea.  Let us help you lovingly commit the cremated remains of your loved one to the waters of the Pacific Northwest.

inal disposition of your loved one in the waters of Puget Sound is a particularly moving experience for those who wish to bid farewell to their loved one and celebrate a life well lived.

We can customize the ceremony and the service with options according to your wishes

Planning an Attended Service

The attended service will be held aboard Gallant Lady on the waters of Puget Sound, and the location to be determined with your Captain. We can help you plan a custom or traditional ceremony and will work with you to design a fitting tribute for your loved one. Please let us know the number of people you plan to have attend, the planned date and time for the service and if any clergy is requested. We provide a form which may be downloaded on the website allowing you to plan the event to your exact wishes.

We can also provide fresh flower petals at no additional charge.

Pricing for attended and unattended services can also be obtained by calling us at 360 520-3643
You can also email us at:
stillwatersmemorial@localaccess.com

Please call our office as soon as possible to reserve the best date and time for your family and friends. Please remember, due to tides and weather, times may vary slightly.

Options for Attended Services

Food and Beverage

We can provide you with a menu of items from our caterer and choices can be pre-arranged and delivered to the boat before departure.

Additional cleaning fees may be necessary depending on number of people in attendance.

Memorial Certificate

A Memorial Nautical Certificate is provided with each Still Waters scattering service. It is personally signed by the Captain of the Gallant Lady. It is noted with the exact longitude and latitude of your loved ones water burial. We will also provide a photo of the ceremony.

Planning an Unattended Service

If you contact Still Waters before you receive the cremated remains, we can coordinate the crematory or funeral director’s transportation directly to us. If you have cremated remains, simply insert your check and our Authorization Form inside the outer shipping container, and mail to Still Waters via U.S. Registered mail. While shipping is not within our control, this method of shipment is reliable. You can have an Authorization Form sent to you by mail, or you may fill out online and download from the forms section what is needed. We also have a shipping label that can be downloaded from the site.

A detailed record of the exact location and date will be recorded and a Memorial certificate as well as a photo of the event will be sent to you within two weeks of the scattering.
